Murray Decorative Concrete Supply is a family owned business started by Mike and Donna Murray. Mike has been involved with concrete construction for over 40 years and in decorative concrete for the past 17 years.

Our company believes in quality concrete and education. Mike Murray is a member of ACI and serves on the following committees: 640, 610, 601-D, 308, 303, 310, 304 and 120. He is a member of the Construction Liaison Committee.  He is the past president of the Kansas ACI, a current member of Kansas and Missouri ACI.  He holds 5 ACI certifications as well as a Pervious Concrete Certification and is ICRI certified in Moisture Testing of Concrete Slabs.

Mike is the only supplier of color for Kansas & Missouri that holds certifications in concrete Field Grade I & he is also certified as a Concrete Flatwork Finisher.

Mike also stays very involved in concrete in Kansas. He is a member of CPG, MCIB, KRMCA, Kansas City AIA as well as ICRI International and the local Great Plains chapter. Mike is also approved to administer ACI Flatwork exams in Kansas and coordinates ACI field grade I exams in Kansas City.

Mike has been a featured speaker at Scholar-Peterson conferences at Kansas State University and has spoken at various events for Kansas ACI, KRMCA, Arkansas Ready Mix and Nebraska Ready Mix.

In addition to his wife Donna, Denise Valdepena, Trina Miles, Tasha Griffith and Chad Gerhardt are on the staff. All have attended many seminars and work with our suppliers so that you can be certain that when you purchase materials from our company that our staff knows how they are installed.  All members of Decorative Concrete Supply are graduates of MCIB School that is held yearly in Kansas City.  

Denise, our Office Manager, has a Bachelor of Science in Business with an Emphasis in Finance from Kansas State University.  Denise is member of ACI & CPG, MCA and ICRI. Denise is a member of ASCC and serves on the  Decorative Concrete Council and is a CPG Board Member. She also attends the Concrete Decor show yearly.  She has attended several workshops at both the Concrete Decor show and World of Concrete.

Trina, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is a member of the Kansas Chapter of ACI and KRMCA. Trina has attended and continues to attend classes at WOC as well as local workshops she attends several distributor meetings a year to stay abreast of new trends. 

Tasha, In House Sales, has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Kansas State University. Tasha is a NRMCA Concrete Sustainability Specialist.

Chad, our Technical Sales Support Manager, has a Civil Engineering Technology Certificate from KAW Area Technical School as well as studied at Washburn University.  Chad has an extensive background in the concrete industry and can help with many troubleshooting issues you may have.  He has attended several decorative concrete classes and is familiar with our Helix Overlay system and Ameripolish dyes.  He is continuing to attend classes and educate himself on our products and systems.  Both he and Denise have trained on moisture issues with concrete floors.

From stamping to stenciling, decorative overlays and stain applications, proper curing, sealing applications and coloring concrete, we strive for durability first. We have the knowledge and capability for you to successfully install a quality project.
